Job Description
- Monitor the productivity, utilization and efficiency of the workshop technical officers.
- Oversee and optimise workshop processes to ensure high staff productivity, utilization and efficiency in bus maintenance.
- Prepare monthly operational reports for management reporting and information.
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators of bus fleet are met.
- Bus breakdown on service (ensure QoS 1.3 target is achieved).
- Ensure smooth implementation and timely completion of projects for buses.
- Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Ensure Technical Officers replace parts in accordance to maintenance requirements.
- Monitor, review and upgrade technical competencies of Technical Officers.
- Ensure consistent engagement and communications between the Management and the Technical Officers. Ensure training hours target is met for the financial year.
