Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be expected to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all internal and external customers / patients, with the key aim of providing excellent patient care and satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities: 
- Perform appointment-booking duties (i.e. to make, change and cancel appointments for patients)
- Coordinate appointment with other departments and doctors in the hospital where possible
- Answer phone calls using telephone standards, handle enquiries, record and convey messages
- Contact and follow-up with clinic on patient's request

Job Requirements: 
- Candidate must possess at least "O" Level / Diploma.
- Healthcare / service-related industry preferred 
- Proficient in computer skills
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must work 3-shift rotations (Morning, Afternoon, Night)
