Job Description
- Safely operate a Class 4 commercial vehicle (such as a refrigerated truck) to deliver seafood products to customers in a timely manner
- Load and unload seafood products onto the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and adherence to food safety standards
- Verify and reconcile delivery orders with customers, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Collect payments from customers, issue receipts, and maintain proper documentation
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including checking the vehicle's mechanical condition, fluid levels, and tire pressure
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as fueling, cleaning, and reporting any vehicle issues or malfunctions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, including maintaining a clean driving record.
- Follow delivery schedules and timeframes, ensuring on-time deliveries and efficient route planning
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, addressing any delivery-related inquiries or concerns promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour during interactions with customers
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate loading and preparation of deliveries

At least 2 years of delivery-related experience, Clean driving record, Strong time management skills, Excellent Customer Service, Meticulous, Team Player, Reliable, Physically-Fit, Able to deal with cash collection

Nice to Have Skills:

Experienced in driving cold truck
