• Serve customers earnestly to ensure a comfortable dining experience
• Introduce menu items and provide recommendations and take orders in an expedient manner
• Serve dishes and prepare drinks when ready
• Clear tables to reset for the next customers in a prompt manner
• Collect payment and feedback (if any)
• Manage reservations and queues
• Work with the kitchen team closely to ensure food quality and prompt service
• Maintain an excellent standard of hygiene and housekeeping at all times
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Ensure kitchen equipment and tools are maintained according to the standard procedures
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior
