Job Description

Attend daily department briefing before start of duties
Assist with guest’s luggage or inquiries for information, or any assignment from associates when requested
Assist in answering phone/enquiries at Bell desk in the absence of Supervisors
Assist guests with luggage to the front desk for registration as well as to the rooms
Assist guests with the collection and storage of luggage
Deliver faxes, messages/email, packages and other items to guest’s room upon request
Handling the arrival and departure collection of group luggage according to requested time
Ensure all display vouchers, maps, visitor information are arranged in a neatly manner
Arrange transport for departing guests or sightseeing if requested
Perform any other operation duties assigned by Supervisors and Duty Manager
Ensure the cleanliness of luggage storage room, free of obstruction and overload
Check all equipment, trolley for smooth operation

Job Requirement:

Able to work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment
Prior experience in Front Office or Bell Service in hotel setting is an added advantage
Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to withstand long periods of standing and carry weights
Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing of up to 20kg
Able to work rotational shifts
