Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Good knowledge of bread making.
* To assist in executing and managing operational duties in the Bakery department.
* Ensure smooth operation and food served are of consistent quality at all times.
* Minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items.
* Ensure safety and sanitary standards in production areas.
* Perform all other tasks or projects as assigned by management and supervisors.
Requirements:
* Experience working in bakery's kitchen and possess min 2yrs.
* A Food Hygiene certified preferred.
* Team player, willing to learn.
* Able to work shift.
* Able to start work immediately
* For Singaporean and Singapore PR only, no quota available for foreign worker.
