- Manage and/or co-manage our restaurant/s
- Handling operations duties in FOH and BOH
- Coaching and Mentoring
- Manpower Hiring & Staff Training
- Profit & Loss/Revenue & Expenditure Reporting
- Forecasting & Marketing Plan
- Staffing/Planning work schedule
- Housekeeping & Inventory
- Payroll Verification
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporeans need apply
- Able to commerce work immediately or within short period of time
- Relevant work experiences in similar capacity in QSR environment or in F&B industry
- 5.5 work days per week inclusive of weekends and public holidays
- Willing to travel between restaurants
- Positive work attitude and high level of energy
- Well versed in info tech
