Job Description
Key Duties:
- Manage a dedicated set of accounts and be responsible for pipeline, performance, forecasting and growth throughout the customer lifecycle
- Be immersed in the detail to anticipate and mitigate issues before they arise, turning every challenge into a chance to build a better customer experience
- Liaise seamlessly between the client and internal teams, delivering structured feedback and ideas on how we can continually improve our products and services
- Responsible for top and bottom line revenue growth for the assigned portfolio which includes sales performance, product listing and inventory availability to manage order fulfilment
- Analyse and identify trends to provide alternative product options through the support of supply chain/manufacturing teams
- Timely completion and submission of monthly revenue and profitability reports to the Head of Commercial
- Required to cover new territory and/or new accounts when required
- Monitor market and competitor developments, develop insightful analysis of market trends and customer performance, and prepare and execute professional presentations to clients when necessary
- Participate and lead in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with cross-functional teams supporting the business strategy
- Negotiate trade terms with customers together with multi-functional team support
