Job Description
Up to $2,100 Basic Salary
Mon • Fri: 8.45am - 5.30pm and Alt Sat: 8.45am to 12.45pm

JOBSCOPE
• Perform Data Entry, liaise with customer, vendors and relevant department
• Generate weekly / monthly reports
• Prepare monthly meeting material
• Other ad hoc duties as per assigned Requirement:
• Must have data entry experience
• Handle large volumes of cash using Note Counter Machine
• Update maintenance records provided by Operations Manager & Technician
• Weekly checking of GPS system for all company vehicles
• Weekly vehicle inspections
• Prepare and update list of vending machine locations and movements
• Preparation of machine barcodes.
REQUIREMENTS
N Level and above
Good customer service skills
Microsoft Office (Word,Excel)
Ability to multi-task
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Responsible and trustworthy
Preferably able to start immediately or on a short notice
