Job Description - Possess basic knowledge on baking Chinese traditional pastries (Tau Sar Piahs, Pineapple Tart etc) - Adjust the oven temperatures and humidity as needed to ensure all products adhere to production standards - Ensure the accuracy, quality and consistency of Chinese traditional pastries - Perform routine checks on raw materials to ensure they adhere to high-quality standards and are not expired or damaged - Adhere to and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures - Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination Additonal Notes: - Applicants with no experience may apply as training will be provided
