To greet and escort arriving/departing guests to/from their accommodations. To respond to the needs of guests and requests of departments or staff for assistance. To organize and store lugguage when required. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Preparing, cooking and presenting in LOCAL or WESTERN CUISINES for Hotel Restaurant. Managing and training any cooks working with you. Helping the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus. Ensuring your team and you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety. Monitoring portions and waste control to maintain profit margins.

To ensure all equipments functioning satisfactorily and safely. To maintain repairs for all electrical systems. To inspect and maintain all air-conditioning/ventilation equipments. To inspect and maintain the plumbing/sanitary systems. To perform other duties as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
