Qualification & Requirements - Minimum GCE O Level - Crane Operator License (MOM) - Able to read and write and communicate in English - Able to assist in crane barge mooring operation - Lifting supervisor certificate - Signal man / riggers certificate - SSIC - Carry out maintenance on other employer barges - Assist in survey Key Responsibilities - Maintenance of barge / crane and all equipment on deck - Proper manning of vessel - Ensure safety of all crews - Cover duty of Barge Master when he is away - Operates floating crane to lift / move equipment, cargoes, anchor chain, slings etc. - Inspect crane for any defective parts and inform the Barge Master - Cleans and maintains crane

Requirements -3+ years crane or heavy equipment repair -Experience in Marine/Shipbuilding/ Oil & Gas Sector will be advantages. -NTC III in mechanical or other technical field -Candidate with no paper qualification but with relevant experience will be considered -Strong team player & problem solver -Should be physically strong as the job is hands-on and physically demanding -Outstanding safety record Key Responsibilities -To inspect, install, test, and maintain cranes and related complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. -Replacing defective parts, cleaning equipment, testing machinery, and overhauling cranes -Repair Crane, forklift & heavy-duty machine such as power generator, hydraulic system etc.

Responsibilities: - Conduct mooring analyses, installation analyses, riser analyses, sea fasteningdesign, and diffraction analysis - Deliver engineering deliverables to support specific projects either independently or through the management of internal and external resources - Develop operational procedures for offshore utilization - Identify equipment requirements for projects, including rigging design, and interface with sales and/or rental departments for procurement and delivery - Develop mobilization and demobilization plans - Create, maintain, and report project schedules as required - Attend meetings with clients and sub-contractors - Actively participate in HIRAs and QHSE-related activities - Produce scopes of work for sub-contractors - Attend and oversee offshore operations during execution phases to ensure adherence to procedures and guidelines - Travel offshore and internationally as required Requirements: - Honours degree accredited by the Engineering Council in Naval Architecture - Classification of at least 2:1, although relevant experience may be accepted in exceptional circumstances - Five years of post-graduate experience, which can be reduced if other relevant experience can be demonstrated - A minimum of 5 years' experience working within the Energy Industry, specifically Oil and Gas or Renewables - Competency in a mooring analysis software with a knowledge of Orcaflex, Ariane, Hydrostar, Moses, GMOOR (or similar) being advantageous - Project experience coupled with business acumen, the ability to apply knowledge, and the confidence to act as required - Strong leadership skills with a willingness to further develop themselves and the assigned team - Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms with highly effective inter-personal skills supported by good attention to detail - Ability to travel offshore and internationally as required

Responsibilities Will report to Senior Legal Counsel in diverse portfolio of corporate secretarial and other corporate, commercial, compliance matters. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Manage all corporate secretarial matters - Liaise and coordinate with Senior Management, Shareholders and Directors in regard to all corporate secretarial matters - Draft and prepare resolutions and other relevant documents - Assist to arrange for Notary Public for notarization, authentication, and legalization of documents. - Support business units in KYC when required - Support of property and intellectual property matters - Support review of contracts and legal documents including those related to marine construction, charterparties, trade (sales, purchase, rental), tenders, financing and collaboration agreements - Rendering of legal advice for commercial application and compliance requirements - Review/advise on litigation or potentially litigations cases including issuing internal legal notices of demand - Any other duties under the Legal Department assigned Requirements - Diploma in law, LLB or similar legal qualification with preferably 3-6 years relevant PQE - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under short deadlines in fast-paced environment - Responsible, meticulous, proactive, and organized - Ability to work as part of team and independently - Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal analytical skills for commercial application - Experience with marine construction, tender and charterparties will be an advantage but not vital
