What will you do in BEDANDBASICS? • Process orders and customer enquiries • Coordinate with customers, suppliers and our logistics partners to ensure an excellent customer experience. • Service recovery to ensure customer satisfaction • Support management to design and implement operations processes and workflows • Support infrastructure rollouts • Participate in programs to improve operational efficiency • Contribute to the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and call center. • Ad-hoc duties assigned. What qualifications and skills do you have? • Minimum GCE 'O' Level. • Willing to work weekends. • Responsible and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. • Customer oriented and pleasant personality. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations. • Familiarity with customer service software, such as ZenDesk or Freshdesk will be a bonus.
