Company Overview

Established in 1997, the Association of Process Industry (“ASPRI”) is a membership-based trade association that represents the interests of more than 700 companies in Singapore’s Process Industry. Our membership comprises mainly Engineering Service Providers (ESPs) that support the Process Industry in the areas of plant construction and maintenance.

 

With a Vision to be a Visible and Credible Partner in the Process Industry, ASPRI’s mission is to Connect, Engage and Grow. Through strong tripartite Public – Private Partnership, ASPRI connects and engages various stakeholders including government and statutory boards, plant owners, professionals, Institutes of Higher Learning (“IHLs”) and affiliated Trade Associations and Chambers (“TACs”) to introduce and embrace technology / mechanisation for productivity improvement and business growth.

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities include but not limited to</strong><br>The core responsibility of this role is to provide technical and administrative support to ensure delivery of training courses that meet the required standards.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Training Operations</u></strong><br>• Plan and coordinate resources and other logistics which are required to support training programmes and day-to-day operations.<br>• Provide technical assistance to ensure smooth operation of technical equipment, tools and training infrastructures.<br>• Timely uploading and submission of trainee’s course result, issuance of certificates and tracking of controlled documents.<br>• Collect, analyse and prepare data for submission in accordance with WSQ and Training Centre protocols.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Business Development</u></strong><br>• Assist with marketing and outreach programme, including events, seminars and career roadshows designed to enhance the image of the Training Centre and increase course demand.<br>• Support any other corporate activities or events organise by ASPRI.<br><br><strong><u>Quality Management</u></strong><br>• Maintain and track various items under the training quality management system<br>• Assist management with preparation for audits and other regulatory requirements by Accreditation Bodies.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Requirements include but not limited to</strong></p><p><br>You should possess the following:<br>• Minimum Diploma with 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Training and Adult Education sector.<br>• Strong communication with good customer service attitude.<br>• Knowledge of WSQ Skills Connect and AMS 3 system will be an advantage.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT applications.<br>• Strong adaptability skill, able to meet tight deadlines and work independently as well as in a team.<br><strong>• Work requires a flexible schedule which includes occasional weekday evenings and Sundays on a rotational basis, with generous perks provided.</strong></p>
