Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage Shift Teams for daily operation activities.
- Ensure safe & smooth operation of systems & equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Check on production output according to specifications.
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
- Train and guide operators on safety protocol, work procedures & SOP.
- Perform other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Relevant Diploma with 2+ yrs/ Nitec with 3+ yrs relevant work experience.
- Experience in evaporator & process plant supervisory role will be advantageous.
- Experience working in EHS and Permit-To-Work system.
- Able to speak, read and write in English and Chinese.
- Good in communication skills and building teamwork among members of diverse cultures. With OT.
Working Hours:
- 5.5 day work week.
- 8.00am to 5.00pm (Monday to Friday), 8.00am to 12.00pm (Saturday).
