Job Description
Job Responsibility 
• A Trainee Educator is responsive to the needs of young children. He/she creates a secure environment for young children through nurturing respectful, responsive and reciprocal relationships with them
• Building trusting and respectful partnerships with parents and families
• Actively engages in centre initiatives and supports its collaborative efforts with the community
• Work closely with colleagues and contributes to a culture of collaboration and collegiality
• Engages in continuous learning and reflective practice

Job Requirements and Qualifications 
• At least GCE O Level 3 subjects credit (include the language subject)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate and dedicated with children, desires to make a difference in children's learning
• Multi-lingual in English, Mandarin, Malay or Tamil.
