Job Description
Responds and attends to guest repair requests, communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues. He performs preventive maintenance to rooms, kitchens and mechanical room equipments.
• Displays basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the following categories:
Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Electrical
Mechanical
Plumbing
Systems and Controls
Carpentry
Kitchen Equipment
Energy Conservation and General Building
• Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment.
• Perform general engineering-related inventory duties.
• Displays basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the following categories:
Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Electrical
Mechanical
Plumbing
Systems and Controls
Carpentry
Kitchen Equipment
