Job Description:
- Oversee and manage the entire order fulfilment process, ensuring smooth coordination between local sales and delivery.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Operations departments to ensure timely processing, packing, and delivery of sales orders.
- Prepare essential documentation, including delivery orders, packing lists, and invoices.
- Document sales transactions in the SAP system accurately, and handle after-retail sales services.
- Address customer queries and concerns to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Perform follow-up actions with the finance department to ensure payment is received and close sales
- Utilize data analytics tools to analyze sales and supply chain performance.
- Generate insightful reports for continuous process improvement, when required.
Requirement:
- Diploma, preferably in logistics/supply chain/operations, or equivalent.
- Meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin to interact with Mandarin/English-speaking clients/stakeholders.
- Willing to take up ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.
- Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous.
- Experienced candidates may be considered for the Executive role.
