Job Description
JOB DUTIES
• Plan, implement and monitor measures required to meet and exceed sales targets
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned store
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve maximum results based on Key Performance measurement
• Plan shift roster and allocate team member duties in accordance with operational requirements
• Recruit and train new employees to ensure they fit well into the team
• Analyze store financials from store reports and recommend areas for improvement
• Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service to customers with excellent product knowledge from the team
• Inventory Management – manage stock levels and control to ensure stock availability; minimize aged stocks and stock loss
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are in accordance to brand guidelines
• Manage customer feedback and enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
• Min. 2 years of retail sales experience. Candidates with good experience may be considered for store manager role
• Experience in winter wear is a bonus
• Committed, hardworking and comfortable working in a retail store environment, retail hours and on weekends
• Perm. part-timers are also welcome to apply for Customer Service Executive role
