Sunset On 11, Soll, is a rooftop bar/cafe located high atop the Chinatown/Tiong Bahru neighbourhood. We are currently looking for a Soll Mate, a sous chef who is both driven and passionate about the culinary arts. If you fit the below requirements, drop your resume to birderssg@gmail.com.
- at least 8 years experience in Western cuisine
- at least 3 years experience as sous chef level and above
- able to conceptualise new menus and food themes
- able to control and maximize inventory
- able to handle and control a small kitchen team
