Job Description
Incumbent will be responsible to
- Familiarise with restaurant's menu and prepare all mise en place;
- Familiarise and prepare dishes from all stations;
- Prepare and deliver dishes according to the restaurant's standards of quality and consistency;
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and in accordance with NEA standards;
- Maintain hygiene and cleaniness in the kitchen;
- Work closely and cooperates with other chefs in the smooth running of the kitchen's day operations;
- 5-7 years culinary experience required;
- MUST HAVE Pizza experience.
- Certified with Basic Hygiene Course;
- A team player with a positive attitude;
- Able to work split shifts, including weekends and public holidays;
- MUST HAVE italian cuisines background.
