Job Description
As a Service Manager at Nation, you will be the face of the company for our customers who are the employers and the Migrant Domestic Workers. Your primary role is to interact with customers, understand their needs, and attend to their requirements. By understanding the customers' requirements, you would then be able to find the most suitable match and drive our business success by converting these interactions into sales for our company.
Job Description
- Find prospects and leads, and understand our service offerings
- Provide quality customer service to customers, and perform service recovery when needed
- Understand the needs of the customers, and explain to them how we can align with their needs
- Facilitate the selection & interview of Migrant Domestic Workers
- Administrative and training duties in connection with the placement of Migrant Domestic Workers
- Ensure that all the necessary documents are processed with the Ministry of Manpower
- Travel to customers' location to follow up on leads
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Minimum Diploma
- Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is a distinct advantage; however, applicants without CEI may also apply*
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking employers of Migrant Domestic Workers and / or their family members, e.g. elderly who may only speak Mandarin)
- At least 2 years working experience in customer service field
- Team player and able to work independently
- Good time management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work on Weekends and Public Holidays; based on duty roster
- Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia / Malay or Burmese - not a requirement but will be an advantage when communicating with Migrant Domestic Workers
* For shortlisted applicant without CEI, company will sponsor up to 2 exams & 1 course (subject to Management approval)
Remuneration
- Basic Salary $2,600 to $3,000* + Commission
* Subject to experience and CEI
