Maintain full set of accounts
Review monthly banks and AP reconciliations
Review of daily payments and receipts
Quarterly GST declarations
Inventory management
Ensure timely reporting to head office
Preparation of monthly cash flow forecast
Liaise with external auditors and assist with the preparation of annual audited statutory accounts to ensure compliance with all legislative financial reporting requirements
Liaising with tax agent and other government agencies
Any other Ad hoc daily accounting functions
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in maintaining full set of accounts
Experience in reporting to head office for all financial matters
Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact well with internal departments and external customers
Versatile & detailed, self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software
