Responsibilities:-
• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR and GL, and the preparation of the monthly management reports including schedules
• Handle Petty Cash Reimbursement & Bank Reconciliation
• Ensure daily sales receipts are banked in regularly
• Ensure the accuracy of Cash, NETS, Credit Card, On-line Sales deposits
• Weekly Sales Report
• Cash Flow Management
• Withholding Tax
• In-charge of Voucher Sales and Voucher Management
• Local and Overseas invoice billing
• Any Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:-
• Candidate must possess at least a minimum Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
• At least 3 years post qualification work experience
• Experience in F&B / Hospitality related industry
• Meticulous and detail orientated
• Must be proficient in SAP/ ACCPAC, MS Office
• Experience in ERP is a plus
• 5 days’ work week.
