Job Description

Responsibilities: 

Oversee Security/Facility Command Hub Operations
•Manage and supervise the operations of the security and facility command hub during the designated shifts
•Ensure efficient coordination and communication among security personnel and other relevant stakeholders
•Monitor security systems and equipment to detect and respond promptly to any potential security threats or emergencies
•Act as the central point of contact for all security-related matters, including emergencies, incidents, and inquiries from stakeholders.

CCTV Monitoring and Incident Coordination:
•Conduct continuous monitoring of CCTV cameras to identify suspicious activities or security breaches.
•Coordinate incident responses by promptly alerting assigned duty operation executives/managers and providing necessary information for follow-up actions.
•Direct roving security personnel to specific locations or tasks based on observed incidents or emerging threats.
•Maintain accurate records of CCTV footage and incident reports for future reference and analysis.

Track and Monitor Security Attendance:
•Maintain and verify accurate records of security personnel attendance on-site, including their arrival and departure times.
•Address any technology issues related to attendance tracking systems and ensure their proper functioning.
•Implement measures to address attendance discrepancies and ensure compliance with attendance policies and procedures
•Communicate with security personnel to provide guidance and support regarding attendance-related matters.

Training and Development:
•Participate in training sessions provided by the company to enhance skills and knowledge related to security operations, incident response, and technology utilisation.
 

Job Duties:
•Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
•Collaborate with other departments, such as facilities management and HR, to address security-related concerns and issues.
•Provide support and assistance to security personnel as needed, including during emergencies or special events.
•Liaise with external stakeholders, such as law enforcement agencies and emergency responders, to coordinate responses to security incidents and emergencies.
•Prepare and disseminate security advisories, bulletins, and updates to relevant stakeholders to enhance awareness and preparedness for security threats and risks.
 

Skills and Qualifications: 
•Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level and above.
•Able to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
•Some experience with report writing for incident management. 
•Possess good communication & interpersonal skills. 
•Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
•Willingness to undergo training provided by the company. 
•Familiarity with security systems and technology is advantageous but not required.
