Job Description
Advancer IFM Pte Ltd consolidates Security, Cleaning & Stewarding, Pest Control & Fumigation, and Landscaping services under one business entity to strengthen our service provision for integrated facility management services to our clients.
Advancer IFM Pte Ltd is proud to be an early adopter of the 2024 PWM pay-scale for our Security Officers in 2023. We are looking to grow our Security team to support the manpower needs of the security sub-division through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.
Site Description
• Work Environment: Condominium
Job Description
• General Screening
• Guarding & Patrolling
• Access & Egress Control
• Basic Incident Response
Working Hours
• Day Shift: 8:00am - 8:00pm
• Night Shift: 8:00pm - 8:00am
*Certain sites may require 7:00am - 7:00pm / 7:00pm - 7:00am working hours instead
Job Requirements
• Valid PLRD licence with competency in the following WSQ modules:
1. Provide Guard and Patrol Services
2. Handle Security Incidents and Services
3. Recognize Terrorist Threats
Other Requirements
• Good communication skills
• Service Orientated with positive working attitude
• Problem solving skills
• Teamwork
• Digital literacy
• Applicants must be willing to work in Condominium environment
• Applicants willing to be deployed to other locations when required will be at an advantage
