Job Description:
• Handle sales enquiry, sales quotation and customer’s purchase order.
• Actively follow up on quotations and track the status of quotations and proposals issued and process these with customers and internally to ensure successful resolution and sales closure.
• Contacts potential clients via email or phone to establish relationship and set up meetings.
• Liaise closely with Procurement team on parts sourcing and cost price.
• Liaise closely with Operations teams for order processing and to ensure to meet customer’s requirement and job order’s deadline.
• Work closely within Sales Department to meet sales’s KPI and sales targets.
• Cultivate and enhance long term relationship with new and existing customers.
• Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue including cold-calling and client management.
• Assist in provide customers with technical advice and solutions for related applications.
• Liaise with technical and accounting department regarding customer requirements as applicable.
• Respond efficiently to customers’ technical or commercial queries and consistently meets customers’ expectation.
• Maintain a well-organized record of customer database
• Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management.

Requirements:
• Previous Sales / Purchasing experience in the marine industry will be added advantage.
• Technical background with knowledge of operating principles of hydraulic, mechanical & marine engine will be added advantage.
• Service oriented and ability to work in a team with good communication skills.
• Customer service oriented and have a great sense of urgency.
• Good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Independent, responsible & driven to close Customers orders.
• For candidate who have a higher experience will be considered to a senior role
• Salary will be commensurate based on qualification and experience.
• On-Job-Training will be provided.
• Singaporeans only.
