Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Administrative Assistant @ CLASS Department to join our team.
As the Sales and Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating pre-course and post-course administrative tasks for our short courses, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate pre-course administrative tasks such as booking venues, arranging catering, and printing materials.
Assist with the promotion and sale of short courses, including responding to inquiries and following up with potential participants.
Communicate with course participants before and after the course, ensuring that they have all the necessary information and materials.
Manage the registration process, including handling payments and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed.
Liaise with instructors and course facilitators, ensuring that they have all the necessary materials and information.
Coordinate post-course administrative tasks such as issuing certificates and collecting feedback from participants.
Maintain accurate records and files related to short courses, including participant lists, feedback forms, and financial records.
Provide general administrative support to the team, as needed.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Experience in sales and/or customer service.
Occasionally, candidate will be required to work during the weekends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience in coordinating events or courses is preferred.
