Description
Retail Supervisors are an important part of our business as they ensure that operations run smoothly, and our staff are well taken care of. If you are motivated, people-oriented and have passion for the retail industry, we are looking for you to join our FairPrice family!

You are responsible for sales and profits for your category of products. The job tasks include inventory management, maintaining housekeeping and merchandising standards as well as product planning and allocation according to sales and customer demands. You are also required to supervise and train a team of Retail Assistants in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Requirements
- Diploma/ GCE ‘A’ level/ Higher NITEC/ GCE ‘O’ level with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Independent and team player with good leadership skills
- Service-oriented and hands-on person
- A 6-day work week. Must to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays (i.e. 7am-3pm and 3-11pm)
