1.Oversee operations of restaurant and ensuring profitability and operational efficiency on a daily basis.
2.Completing tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager accurately and efficiently.
3.Plan outlet schedule and deployment.
4.Handle issues pertaining to hygiene and maintenance.
5.Manage peak periods effectively with good hosting.
6.Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
7.Respond proactively to resolve all customer service situations.
8.Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
1.Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher Diploma, Degree, in any fields
2.Able to converse fluently in both English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
3.Strong leadership quality with excellent analytical and decision-making skills
4.Good people management skills, communication and listening skills
5.Willing to work during weekends and public holidays
6.Well-groomed and presentable
7.Well versed in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
