1.Preparation of food according to the standard procedures
2.Ensure proper food inventory according to the standard procedures
3.Ensure food ingredients are stored in ways according to the standard procedures
4.Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area
5.Ensure that kitchen equipment and tools are maintained according to the standard procedures
6.Upkeep kitchen equipment and tools
7.Other duties as assigned by the Sous Chef/ Junior Sous Chef/ Chef de Partie

1.Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position/ 2 years as a Kitchen Crew
