Quality Technician/ Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Conducts inspections (Visual or NDT)
- Performs specific inspections and related activities in compliance with class/ client requirements
- Prepares test reports and coordinates with Production Quality Control Inspectors on the status of inspection
- Initiates action to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformities
- Identifies and records any product quality problem and ensures respective QAPs are used in the work
- Coordinates with Non-Destruction Testing Inspector on Project Non-Destruction Testing status
- Monitors and prepares Project Inspection Status

Requirements:
- NITEC in any Engineering disciplines
- Able to work on the shop floor, within dry docks and on-board ships to support quality inspections and enforcement.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
