Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the projects are completed in a timely and economical manner
- Assists the Project Lead (for complex projects) in developing and updating project execution schedules and plans based on each phase of the project requirement
- Chairs the daily Vessel Safety Co-ordination Committee (VSCC) meeting and approve permits for all work covered by the Permit-to-Work System for assigned projects
- Coordinates with Client site team on various project updates and requirement
- Authorises purchase of equipment, spares, and materials needed for assigned projects
- Conduct Job-Hazard Analysis (JHA) and review risk assessment for key critical project activities Conducts post-mortems and lessons learnt on projects to review the achievement of project objectives
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Naval Architecture / Civil / Marine and Offshore / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of Shipyard Operations will be an added advantage
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
