Project Document Lead

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting up Document Control requirements of a Project and implementation of Document Management system
- Overall document management of the assigned project including coordination with other relevant functions within the organisation
- Responsible for the achievement of all project document deliverables, especially in relation to Milestones Payments
- Ensuring single-point interface for all document control activities on a project for client and Consortium
- Liaise with the owner directly in all document matters pertaining to the contractual requirements of the contract
- Familiarize with Project Contract Scope of Document Control.
- Interpret project document control requirements and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with various project personnel in establishing document control procedures and systems.
- Lead, define, plan, manage, control, and close the project document deliverables
- Develop Project Master Document List and define various mediums of consolidation for onward submission to the clients
- Ensure access and guidance to the project team on the project documentation network.
- Provide necessary reports to the Project Management Team
- Familiarize with the project/client requirement on the project closeout, data retention/archival, and also As-built, Vendor Manuals and develop necessary work processes
- Consolidate and share project Lesson Learned from the project team
- Support Project Managers in maintaining the risk meetings with the project team
- Control and maintain all official documentation/ letters correspondences with External Stakeholders
- Implementation of project records retention and archival and map project close-out activities

Requirements:
- Preferably Degree in Naval Architecture/ Marine and Offshore/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. Diploma holders with relevant experience are encoraged to apply
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in offshore or marine industry
