Job Description
1. Manage daily production process, quality and quantity.
2. Document and maintain quality of processed products according to company's and customer's specifications and requirements.
3. Manage and meet daily, weekly and monthly production schedule and target.
4. Train and supervise new and existing production co-workers in meat cutting, cooking and use of equipment.
5. Build team work to improve productivity.
6. Prepare and submit performance and progressive reports.
7. Enforce and improve product standards and factory hygiene.
a) Train co-workers to adhere to company's HACCP and ISO22000 standards.
b) Put on proper and complete work attire.
c) Observe and check personal hygiene of co-workers.
8. Practice continuous improvement initiatives in production.
9. Manage and supervise all administrative duties in production department.
10. Perform operator level equipment maintenance.
11. Supervise and enforce daily equipment and area cleaning procedures and schedule.
12. Other ad-hoc assignments.
