We are excited to welcome a dynamic and creative Product Development Junior Executive to our team at Far East Flora.com, a leading florist, flowers, and gifting company in Singapore. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with min 1 year of working experience to kickstart their career in product development within the floral and gifting industry. As a Product Development Junior Executive, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the creation and enhancement of floral arrangements, gift packages, and other products across our diverse brand portfolio.
Responsibilities
• Assist in conducting market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends in floral arrangements and gifting products.
• Support the development and implementation of product strategies, including pricing, positioning, and target market identification, tailored to each brand.
• Collaborate with senior product development team members, florists, designers, and suppliers to contribute to the creation of new floral arrangements, gift packages, and related products.
• Contribute to product testing and quality control processes to maintain high standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing relationships with suppliers, participating in contract negotiations, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality flowers and gift items.
• Contribute to the organization and coordination of photoshoots for new and existing products to create visuals for marketing materials, online platforms, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to assist in the creation of promotional materials, product training, and ensuring successful product launches.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or Individuals with a minimum of 1 year of working experience
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and project management skills.
• Basic market research and analysis skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for contributing innovative ideas to product offerings.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus; willingness to learn and adapt to product management software.
