A. Reporting and Data Management:
- Accurately maintain and update daily Production WIP stock inventory, packaging materials inventory, and Production tally sheets.
- Verify the accuracy of data entries and cross-check information with supporting documents.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to production records or inventory levels.
- Generate reports, summaries, and analyses of production and inventory data as required for manager review.
- Provide monthly packaging materials reports and inventory reports to the finance department on the first working day of the following month.
- Maintained records for annual mandatory packaging material reporting submission.
- Compile customers' orders Tally Sheet or Report for Logistics/QA.
B. Packaging and Consumable Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage the inventory of consumables items and packaging materials used in day-to-day operations.
- Conduct regular audits to assess packaging quality and compliance.
- Source and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of consumables items and packaging material inventory, as instructed by the Production - -
- Manager. All purchases are to be authorised by the immediate Superior.
- Implement efficient tracking systems to monitor consumption and reorder levels.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand and forecast consumable and packaging material needs.
C. Store Organization and Management:
- Assist in ensuring the store organizes and maintains an orderly storage facility.
- Implement efficient storage systems to optimize space and accessibility.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure stores and materials are handled following FSMS standards.
D. Label Printing and Design:
- Assist with the printing of labels for products and shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with relevant teams on design and update label templates as required.
E. Ad-hoc Support Duties:
- Provide comprehensive support to the Operations/Production/QA Department.
- Maintain records of transactions and processing according to compliance requirements.
- Perform adjustments to correct pre-processing and processing errors.
- Input production and inventory information into databases or electronic systems.
- Support internal audits and inspections by providing accurate records and documentation.
- Safeguard confidential information and maintain data integrity.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to record-keeping processes and systems.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the manager when needed.
