Job Description

The Operation Assistant is responsible for coordinating and performing general operations and activities including shipping and receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting warehouse transactions and records, and storing of inventory, checking and packing, labelling of goods and releasing outbound shipments. The candidate will be trained to operate with cloud-based system. Our products are mainly research and development consumables, reagent, and equipment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform general warehouse activities such as receiving, checking& packing
Perform Labelling of products / goods
And other activities assigned by supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENT
Min "O" Levels qualification required
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to speak & write simple Mandarin for communication with our business partners in China
Team Player with ability to collaborate with others
Excellent organizing skills
Ability to multi-task under fast paced environment
Able to read fine prints on product labels
Past experience as packers, warehouse assistant are welcomed to apply.
Working Hours: Mon to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm (Commit at least 4 half days in a week).
Potential to convert to Full Time employment
