- Achieve monthly sales target
- Supervise store operations, cash control, and shift management
- Manage a high-performance team and develop their talents
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties by superior
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in retail industry is a bonus. No experience but have a passion for retail are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Words and Excel
- Self-driven and motivated individuals with pleasant disposition and positive learning attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 44-hour work week, including weekends and public holidays
- Comfortable to work in retail store environment
