Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• To assist department to organize and monitor the daily smooth operation of supply chain activities including shipping, transport, warehousing, distribution and inventory control.
• To manage a team of store and delivery staff.
• To ensure goods received, stored and issued are in good condition, right temperature and in compliance with requirements.
• To organize order pick and pack goods for outgoing orders.
• To liaise with internal departments and external warehouses to achieve a smooth operation.
• To contact and attend to meat inspectors on routine checks.
• To maintain housekeeping standards in coldrooms and surrounding areas to achieve high quality food standard.
• To perform and ensure accurate and timely updates of data in the computer system.
• To enforce compliance with all food safety and hygiene procedures and partner with ISO & HACCP team to monitor Assurance.
• To initiate and improve operational systems, process and best practices for organizational well-being.
• To maintain storage area by organizing floor space.
• To maintain inventory of goods and perform stock take and stock check on a weekly and monthly basis.
• To organize and implement inventory stock take as requested to achieve audit standard.
• To handle other ad-hoc assignments.
Must-have skills:
Prior experience managing coldroom; Experience working in food related industry
