Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assists in monitoring stock and equipment movements
- Prepares stock requisitions
- Conducts physical checks on stocks and equipment during receiving to ensure compliance with receiving documents and to report any discrepancies or damages.
- Issues stocks and equipment to end users according to prescribed procedures
- Checks and ensures that all documents are signed by the authorized personnel
- Keeps proper records of all warehouse and shipment transactions
- Performs data entry functions into the SAP system
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous personality
