Job Description
Advancer IFM Pte Ltd consolidates Security, Cleaning & Stewarding, Pest Control & Fumigation, and Landscaping services under one business entity to strengthen our service provision for integrated facility management services to our clients.
We are looking for a Landscaping Supervisor to support the operations needs of the landscaping sub-division through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.
Job Description
• Perform job tasks assigned by Management
• Site supervision of Landscaping Teams
• Plan daily work schedule for the Landscaping teams
• Manage landscape and pond maintenance works
• Ensure work tasks are completed on time
• Participate hands-on operational job task alongside co-workers
• Handle client questions and requests on landscape project
• Collection of DO, PO and receipts from clients
• Toolbox briefings and risk assessments
• Train workers on landscape and pond maintenance
• Monitor workers' attendance
Requirements
• NITEC or Diploma in Landscape / Horticulture is a distinct advantage
• Fresh graduate in Landscape / Horticulture discipline welcome to apply
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors under the sun
• Must be willing and able to perform hands-on work
• Must have Class 3 Manual driving licence (must be able to drive lorry or van)
• Experience in landscape and pondscape work is a distinct advantage
