Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT & Desktop Support.
- Perform troubleshooting & execute needed repairs.
- Install & configure hardware, networking equipment & software programs.
- Ensure backups are done properly & to manage & execute IT projects like hardware upgrades, applications & security software upgrades.
- Perform & maintain server to server migrations.
- Provide first level support for end users at desktop & infrastructure level.
- Control & maintain file access permissions on server.
- Maintain proper log file of users & accessibility matrix.
- Trouble shooting turnaround, server & database backup.
- Execute different maintenance activities when needed.
- Perform other ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in IT support role, especially on desktop & infrastructure.
- In depth knowledge of IT systems, databases and applications.
- Hands on experience with troubleshooting & repairing complex IT issues.
- Attention to details with competent vocabulary.
- Self motivated, independent, resourceful with good analytical skills.
- Strong in communication, presentation & interperpersonal skills.
