Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Performs the role of Learning Partner to carry out learning needs analysis for assigned department
- Plans and executes Annual Total Learning Plan for employees
- Develops new or enhance existing training curriculum /virtual training initiatives for employees
- Conducts in-person or virtual training, screen test & assessment for employees
- Maintains and updates Training Sharepoint Main Page and contents
- Maintains and updates training records in Workday and generates training reports
- Monitors, plans, coordinates, and executes training of employees under the Management Trainee (MT) Scheme
- Develops new or enhance existing curriculum/ initiatives for MT
- Converts MT training curriculum into e-learning videos
- Monitors, plans, coordinates, and executes Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality (AR/VR) Training
- Develops new or maintain existing AR/VR curriculum/ training initiatives for employees
- Maintains AR/VR equipment and inventory check
- Develops and administers On-The-Job Training Programme
- Develops company's On Job Training (OJT) blueprint & Task Analysis
- Administers and implements in-company OJT Programme
Requirements:
- Prefably Degree in Business Administration, Engineeering, Marine & Offshore Technology or related disciplines
- Prefably 2 years of relevant experiences
- Entry-Level candidates are welcome to apply (On Job Training will be provided)
- Possesses good interpersonal, communication, presentation skills, supervisory skill to coach and motiavte employees
- Proficient in IT skills
