Job Description
Assist Restaurant Managers with day-to-day operations.
Ensure staff understand and adhere strictly to all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
Respond promptly and professionally to guests’ needs, questions, concerns.
Assist floor services as and when required.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels for cutlery, napkins, sachets, etc.
Conduct training and educate new staff on restaurant operations.
Ensure effective and efficient use of manpower and seating/table utilization.
Report to Restaurant Managers of any operational problems and recommend solutions for improvement.
Build good rapport with internal and external guests.
Housekeeping duties to maintain a neat and clean working environment
Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
Requirements:
Min. GCE 'O' Level/Certificate in F&B Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and customer service oriented
Ability to work independently and takes initiatives
Able to remain calm and composed in a hectic and fast-paced environment
Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
