Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will be a key member of the team responsible for overseeing FP&A functions in Southeast Asia, providing valuable insights into revenue, margin analysis, profit maximization, budgeting, forecasting, trend analysis and management reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities:
Provide forward looking and insightful financial analytics and recommendations to achieve business objectives. Help business/function leaders to both drive growth and enterprise excellence with sound financial management strategies to optimise resource allocation;
Manage the consolidation and loading of monthly forecasts with emphasis on preparation of detailed commentary on variances from plan, prior year and actual results, investigation of unusual variances leading to understanding and resolution of issues;
Coordinate and develop the periodic management reports/presentations to various business and functional leaders;
Lead the annual planning and budgeting processes, including preparation of annual work-plan, presentations;
Work with business leaders to analyse new business opportunities and develop operating business models and implementation plans for new strategic initiatives;
Facilitate in development or enhancement of analytical tools, systems & processes to support the business;
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the team
Drive business decision making through business partnering with various divisions;
Develop strong relationships effective communication with senior leaders and staff from different cultures and regions;
Perform ad hoc projects to support business growth.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting / ACCA or equivalent;
Experience in data analytics is a plus
Fresh Graduates Welcome
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
Strong relationship building, interpersonal skills and strong ability to interact with multiple levels of management and staff;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a working knowledge and prior experience with FP&A, systems analysis;
High attention to detail, self-motivated, meticulous and independent with proven leadership;
Have a high tolerance for ambiguity and a strong sense of business acumen;
Willingness and desire to create a team learning environment and to foster a positive, fulfilling work environment.
