• Monitor and execute financial strategy of the Group by providing commercial insights, strategic analysis and leadership on financial reporting
• Assist in formulating the company’s future direction through providing input on the company’s business plan, financial and tax strategies, budgeting, and forecasting
• Develop performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction
• Manage the accounting department
• Oversee the financial operations of the company
• Oversee the company’s transaction processing systems
• Report financial results to the board of directors; report risk issues the board of directors
• Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts; arrange for debt and equity financing
• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the directors
• Drive the company’s financial planning and analysis efforts
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital requirements
• Manage relationships with banks
• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
• Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
• Help with recruiting new staff members when necessary
• Identifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities for the company
• Responsible to implement and manage Enterprise Risk Management framework, ensuring the effectiveness and operational ready for the Group and its business units.
• Ensure that our overall costs are competitive
Requirements:
• Min Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance will be preferred
• CA/CFA is a must
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in the role of a Financial Controller/ Manager
• Dedicated individual with good interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with the stakeholders.
• Possess the drive and dedication to manage time tight projects
• Strong technical accounting and analytical skills preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong inter-personal skills, self-motivated, proactive, analytical, meticulous
