Job Responsibilities
- Arrange, promote, organise and execute events such as seminars, conferences, parties and other professional or social events.
- Organise facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, special guests, equipment, promotional material, etc.
- Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality.
Job Requirements
- A Diploma in Business Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent with at least 1-2 years of working experience.
- Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communications
- Good interpersonal skills with all levels of management
- Project management and multitasking
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Remuneration package varies with qualification and experience.
