Job Description
"• Monitors the handling of work pass status for all residents and the preparation of monthly report on the checking in and out of the dormitory unit for billing purposes.
• Execution of routine inspection at residential and common areas in the dormitory compound
• Monitors the handling of work pass status for all residents and the preparation of monthly report on the checking in and out of the dormitory unit for billing purposes.
• Reports activities of residents pertaining to drug abuse, theft, alcohol intoxication, violence, peddling of contraband cigarettes.
• Reports violation of dormitory house rules and files incident reports Assists senior team members in workers’ repatriation.
• Ensure movement of workers are in order.
• Training will be provided"

Job Criteria/Requirements
Qualifications:
Diploma
Must-have skills:
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience preferably in dormitory operations, security, or facility management-related field. • Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have Skills:
Execution of routine inspection at residential and common areas in the dormitory compound
