Job Description
Responsibilities:
🔸Attend to office phone call
🔸Provide and maintain good customer service
🔸Handle all customer enquiries through Facebook, Instagram, Email, WhatsApp and Google Review and follow up to ensure resolution in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
🔸Attend and record all customer service complaints and coordinate feedback and investigation findings under teams.
🔸Handle and appeal all Grab refund/cancellation
🔸Handle online and bulk orders through Lalamove’s in a timely manner
🔸Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
